Cookies Policy
How CampaignRush Inc. uses cookies and how you can Accept, Reject or Customise them.
1. Introduction
This Cookies Policy explains how CampaignRush Inc. (“we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on campaignrush.life. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By continuing to use the site after making a choice in our cookie banner—or by configuring browser controls—you manage how non-essential cookies are used on your device.
We designed our banner to offer three clear actions: Accept, Reject and Customise. Your preference is stored for approximately six months (about 180 days), after which the banner may appear again so you can renew or change your choice.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (stored until they expire or you delete them). Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and scripts that store or read identifiers. For simplicity, this Policy refers to these technologies collectively as “cookies” unless a distinction matters.
Cookies may be first-party (set by CampaignRush) or third-party (set by another domain, such as an analytics or font provider). Third-party cookies are governed in part by those providers’ policies as well as by the choices you make on our banner when such tools are active.
3. Why we use cookies
We use cookies to:
- Keep the site functioning securely and reliably.
- Remember your cookie preference so we do not repeatedly interrupt your browsing.
- Understand how visitors use the site when analytics cookies are accepted.
- Support marketing measurement when marketing cookies are accepted.
Cookies do not grant us access to files on your device beyond what the browser permits for the domain. They also do not create a guarantee of campaign performance for your business. CampaignRush does not guarantee ROI, rankings, leads or viral reach.
4. Categories of cookies
4.1 Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies are required for core site operations. They include preference storage for your cookie choice itself and any cookies essential to security, load balancing or form integrity. These cookies cannot be switched off through our Customise panel because the site would not function as intended without them. You can still block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may break.
4.2 Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand aggregated traffic patterns: which pages are visited, approximate geography, device types and referral sources. We use this information to improve content clarity and site performance. Analytics cookies load only if you Accept all cookies or enable Analytics under Customise and save your preferences.
4.3 Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of our own promotional efforts or to remember that you visited campaignrush.life when we run awareness campaigns. They are optional. If you Reject non-essential cookies or leave Marketing unchecked, we will not set marketing cookies through our consent framework.
5. Preference storage (six months)
When you click Accept, Reject or Save preferences, we store a first-party cookie named in a manner consistent with our scripts (for example, a preference key such as cr_cookie_prefs) containing your choices in JSON form. That cookie is set to expire after approximately 180 days. During that period the banner should remain hidden. Clearing cookies in your browser will remove the preference and may cause the banner to reappear.
6. How to manage cookies
You can manage cookies in several ways:
- Use the on-site banner: Accept, Reject or Customise.
- Clear site data in your browser settings to reset preferences.
- Use browser controls to block third-party cookies or all cookies.
- Use private browsing modes, which typically discard session data when the window closes.
Browser settings differ by vendor and version. Consult your browser’s help documentation for precise steps. Note that blocking all cookies may prevent preference storage and form conveniences from working.
7. Fonts and third-party resources
This site may load fonts from third-party content delivery networks (for example, Google Fonts). Requests to those networks can expose your IP address and browser details to the provider. Such technical transfers are inherent to loading remote assets. If you prefer to avoid third-party font requests, browser extensions or network filters can block them, though typography may fall back to system fonts.
8. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no single industry standard for responding to DNT. Our primary control mechanism is the cookie banner and preference cookie described above. We encourage you to use those controls for a clear, recorded choice.
9. Updates
We may update this Cookies Policy when our practices, tools or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes awareness of the revised Policy where permitted by law.
